Today we are hanging out with Carla Michelle, CEO and founder of Dr. Carla Inc.
She is all fabulous because she’s very insightful when it comes to life in general. She is a business coach, a consultant, a life coach. You have questions about life in general, she can help you through it.
Carla works with people who need someone to walk with them through life, whether it’s a relationship or whether it’s just their goals or their ambitions. She has a background is in marriage and family therapy (MFT) and Phd in business psychology. When she does life coaching, she taps into the MFT area and works with the cognitive side and where, how they’re thinking and what’s stopping them from going to the next level, for example strongholds and hiccups or roadblocks.
Helping individuals breakthrough and chip away from things that have held them back for so many years, this is what she most enjoys. As long as the person is willing to be vulnerable and to acknowledge the role that they need to play to get to the other side, progress happens.
When she works with business clients, Carla focuses on mindset blocks that prohibit leveling up in their business. For instance, she has clients that are looking to break into the millions in their business, but there are certain mindset shifts that need to occur in order to reach these or any other goals.

30 Minutes to Greater Levels
It’s all about your routine, morning or evening. Carla believes that what we do and how we do it affects how successful we are. So how do we do our day? How are we waking up? What is your daily routine? She highlights the very popular 20/20/20 method: 20 minutes of prayer, 20 minutes of meditation or reading something that takes you to the next level and 20 minutes of exercise.
A worksheet is included that allows you to analyze your routines and identify shifts that need to happen to reach those greater levels in your life. Seven questions help you break down what kind of day you want: how are you showing up in your day? What is it your job or do you work for yourself? How is your day working for you? Are you doing the things that give you what you need to be successful in that day and what do you need to take out and what do you need to add? How are you finishing your day? Or What habits do you need? How do you get ready for the next day? Are you writing your tasks down for the next time?
